Ancistrocactus tobuschii  (Tobusch's Fishhook Cactus)

BLOOM PERIOD:  March - April

HABITAT:  Usually found on the of top of hills among grasses and rocks.  It is difficult to find when not in bloom.

This is a Texas Protected species.
